About Me

As I witnessed firsthand my four-year-old son fight cancer over the last two years, I realized conventional medicine is not enough. 

I desperately scoured the internet and all the latest medical research and literature across different treatment modalities, but unfortunately, I was too late to all this knowledge for my son. 

My transformation from a conventional practitioner to a functional medicine healer should not have originated from this tragedy. But perhaps this is the greater plan for me and a legacy that would make my son proud.

Anhthu Pickart is a board-certified family and internal medicine physician assistant. She is also well-experienced in occupational medicine. She continues to train in functional medicine with the Institute For Functional Medicine.

Anhthu is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. She has worked with all the leading healthcare systems in NJ from AtlantiCare to Kennedy to Jefferson to Inspira. 

She is an avid researcher, always challenging herself to stay on top of the latest evidence-based research, innovative testings and treatment modalities. 

When not working, Anhthu enjoys playing pickle ball, experimenting with new recipes to make foods nutritious and yummy, and spending time with her family.
